Each Heritage Surface is precision-fit to the M21 and developed to integrate cleanly with the device’s form, controls, and ports. This is not a universal overlay or decorative accessory. The surface is designed as a material-forward skin that feels like a considered extension of the original device rather than an add-on.

Materials & Variation

Materials are selected for their tactile qualities, durability, and visual character. Natural materials will exhibit variation in grain, tone, and texture; no two surfaces are identical. These variations are inherent to the material and are embraced as part of the finished result rather than treated as defects.

Made to Order

Heritage Surfaces are produced in small runs and built to order unless otherwise noted. Lead times may vary depending on material selection and current workload.

Heritage Series

The Heritage series focuses on solid wood surfaces, emphasizing natural grain, tone, and finish. Each surface is shaped, fitted, and finished by hand, allowing the character of the material to guide the final outcome.

Wood selection and finishing are approached with restraint. Rather than masking variation, finishes are chosen to protect the surface while preserving texture and depth. Grain patterns, tonal shifts, and subtle irregularities are expected and considered integral to the design.
